1. Overview
This website, mgslice.com, is operated by Mak.nv International Inc., a California company doing business as MG Slice ("MG Slice," "we," "us"). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Sell To
MG Slice products are designed for restaurants, cafés, and other food businesses. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of your business.

3. Products and Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep product information accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and the 1-year limited warranty on the MG Slice Growing System are covered in our Refund Policy. Responsibility for products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Subscriptions
Supply subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date.
The MG Slice App is a monthly subscription, priced by model. Your first month is free, and billing starts 30 days after your MG Slice Growing System is delivered. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and we don't offer refunds for partial months.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel.

6. MG Slice App
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the MG Slice App for your business while your subscription is active. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. We may update or improve the app over time and will try to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Training and Support
Training and live video support are provided as guidance. Your team remains responsible for operating the MG Slice Growing System day to day and for following our instructions.

8. Food Safety
You are responsible for growing, handling, storing, and serving microgreens in line with all applicable food safety laws, health codes, and good hygiene practices, including washing trays between harvests. MG Slice is not responsible for how products are handled or served at your business.

9. Profit Estimates
Any profit, revenue, or savings figures on our website or in our materials are estimates for illustration only. They are not a promise or guarantee. Actual results depend on your sales, pricing, labor, and other factors.

10. Nutrition Information
Nutrition information on our website is general and educational. It is not medical advice.

11. Intellectual Property
The MG Slice name, logo, website content, images, and app are owned by Mak.nv International Inc. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MG Slice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our products, app, or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
