Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Supply Subscriptions
MG Slice Pods, Signature Seeds, and the Refill Bundle are available as a monthly subscription at 10% off. Your subscription renews and ships automatically every month until you cancel.
You can skip a delivery, pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to that order. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

MG Slice App Subscription
The MG Slice App is a monthly subscription, priced by model: Starter $99, Pro $129, Double Pro $199 per month. Your first month is free, and billing starts 30 days after your MG Slice Growing System is delivered.
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds or credits for partial months.

Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email so you can update your payment details.
