We currently ship within the United States only.

Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all MG Slice orders.

How Orders Ship
MG Slice products ship from different locations. Your order may arrive in more than one package, on different days. You'll receive tracking information by email as each part of your order ships.

MG Slice Growing System
Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks from the date of your order, depending on your location. Because the system is large, parts may arrive separately. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at your business address.

MG Slice Pods, Signature Seeds, and Refill Bundle
Supply orders ship within 5 business days.
Subscription orders ship automatically each month on your scheduled date.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, email us at info@maknv.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
